The Contra Costa Network of Mental Health Clients (C.C.N.M.H.C.) is a branch of the California Network of Mental Health Clients established by clients to help improve the quality of their lives. C.C.N.M.H.C., or C.C.N. for short, serves all of Contra Costa County. M.H.C.C. publishes the C.C.N. newsletter and hosts the Annual C.C.N. Summer Picnic, the C.C.N. Winter Holiday Party and the C.C.N. Annual Awards Ceremony.
