of patients’ rights, self-help and recovery.
To enable mental health consumers to live and participate in
the community with full rights, dignity and choice.
To promote the self-determination and choice of consumers,
both in the Mental Health System and in the community.
To educate the public about mental health issues.
To develop and create alternatives to the present options
available to mental health consumers.
